Mushroom Topping
I like this on top of hamburgers!

1. Quickly sautee sliced Shiitake mushrooms and delicate long white Enokidake mushrooms.
2.Add a little:
fish stock, mirin, sugar, soy sauce
3. Finally stir in some dissolved corn flour.
4. Serve on top of the hamburger along with grated Japanese radish, some sprouts and of course rice!
