Easy Kimchi rice
I like to make this when I don't have time to cook. Just put it all in the rice-cooker, set the timer on and it's ready as I walk in the door in the evening!

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
1 cup white rice
kimchi (Korean spicy pickled cabbage)
firm tofu, cubed
fish stock mixed with water
sliced shiitake mushrooms

Toppings
soya sauce
sliced green onion
shredded nori seaweed
sansho (7 spice powder)
sesame seeds
raw egg yolk

Method
1. Put the main ingredients in the rice cooker and set for normal cooking.
2. When done arrange toppings to taste.
