WAYS TO TELL IF YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE BAND HALL TOO LONG
(Fall Semester 2003)
1. You would rather sit on the floor than the chairs
2. You actually understand most of the inside jokes
3. You get worried if people start acting normal
4. You become fascinated by pennies, and where they show up in the hall
5. When the drum major walks down the hall shaving, you don't think twice about it
6. You know who belongs in each section based on how they act
7. When someone starts singing their part in the field show, at least five other people join in
8. You never hear the same conversation twice
9. You refuse to move for the other band members who walk by
10. The drummers don't bother you when they start banging on everything in sight
11. You start to think trombone players are funny
12. You can hear Jeff at least a mile away
13. Something that sounds wrong will always be said at the same time the hall gets quiet
14. You hum along to people's cell phone rings
15. You start to understand drummer language
16. You are sad when everyone else has Wind Ensemble and the hall is quiet
17. It doesn't phase you when people randomly break into song
18. You know eveyone else's parts to the field show
19.  You name the mouse in the hall Allegro Pianissimo
20. You find many uses for the tuba lockers
21. You seriously consider sleeping in the hall
22. Tuba hugs (don't ask!)
23. You wonder why no one broke into song when a certain line is said
24. You wonder what is wrong if you go a day without Swap!
25. You actually think it's funny when the choir people give you dirty looks
26. When the drum major came to school dressed at Tigger you didn't give it a second thought
27. You would rather sit in the hall all day than go home
28. Everyday feels like a party!!
