What Is Ki?
Traditional Ki Path-Is the path
that most people are starting to take nowadays. This would include exercises
like the slow animal breathing exercises. Traditional Ki is longer than the
other two but more powerful than Radical. Most people (young) do not have
the patients for this path, which patients is a major requirement along
with a lot of time.
Radical Ki Path-This is the path
most people take. This is usually DBZ oriented which is why this group
gets such a bad rep. Radical Ki is composed mainly of simple breathing
techniques like normal breathing, which is the way the most of you are
breathing right now. This tends to be shorter, but if the techniques aren't
that good it can take even longer than Traditional Ki. It tends to be weaker
than traditional Ki, but can be just as strong or even stronger.
Eccentric Ki Path- This is the
path some take. This is a hybrid form basically. You get the best of both of
the paths above. For example, you make use Radical Ki techniques, but instead
of breathing normally you would breathe the way you would if you were doing
Traditional Ki. This path's difficulty varies, but seems not to be that hard.
This path also consists of doing some Traditional Ki exercises too along with
Radical Ki exercises/techniques.
