Meditation
This is my way I love to meditate.
Stand Up don't lock your bones other words just relax.
Breath in slowly 5times then breath out fast 5times.(Eyes Close)
Now sit down an a Indian Style, eyes closed (Like is Kindergarten).
Breath in slowly 10times and breath out slowly 10imes.
You will notice when you are standing up and sitting down are different.
This will make your Ki circulate better.
SLOWLY open your eyes after you finish breathing.
Stand up slowly.
Then close your eyes again.
After 10sec. are passed open your eyes again.
And that is how you meditate the easy and better way.
