Intermediate Training

 

Training Schedule

 

 

1st session of the day in Intermediate:

Time: Purpose:

5 AM - 10 AM Warm Up Session

What to do:

1).Start out with 40 sit-ups
15 minutes or until your Ki is flowing
properly.

2).After that start out with some
basic Tai Chi movements. Do this for
10 minutes. This prevents burnout.
3).meditate in the Darkness

4).Then start doing the power ups and Jing Balls.

 5).Practice all the energy blasts and physical fighting moves the rest of the time. If you run out of breath, take a short 30sec break, drink a little water and then continue.

6).You are done with warm up once you successfully perform most of the Intermediate Techs.

 

2nd session of the day in Intermediate:

Time: Purpose:

3 PM - 6PM Full Energy Workout

What to do:

1).Your energy should be at its peak performance at this time.

2).Start out with a super Ki ball to get you started.

3).Then do some Super Power Up, not over x4.

4).Do full power energy blasts,

5).And then practice all the Physical Fighting moves with your full strength.

6).Take a break if needed, and drink water when you have to.

7).After this 3 hours is up you are done for the day. Practice this schedule everyday until it becomes easy for you.
