Schedule
1st session of the day in beginner's:

Time: Purpose:
12 PM - 1 PM Warm Up Session

What to do:
1).Start out with 20 sit-ups or if you
brought a
sword, practice attacks with it. Do this for
15 minutes or until your Ki is flowing
properly.
2).After that start out with some
basic Tai Chi movements. Do this for
5 minutes. This prevents burnout.
3).meditate in the Darkness
4).Then start doing the power ups and Ki
balls.
5).Practice all the energy blasts and physical fighting moves
the rest of the time. If you run out of breath, take a short 5 minute break,
drink a little water and then continue.
6).You are done with warm up once you successfully
perform most of the Beginner's Techs.
2nd session of the day in beginner's:

Time: Purpose:
3 PM - 4PM Full Energy Workout

What to do:
1).Your energy should be at its peak
performance at this time.
2).Start out with a super Ki ball to get
you started.
3).Then do some Power, not over x2.
4).Do full power energy blasts,
5).And then practice all the Physical
Fighting moves with your full strength.
6).Take a break or two if needed, and
drink water when you have to.
