Training Schedule
1st session of the day in Advance:

Time: Purpose:
5AM - 12 PM Warm Up Session

What to do:
1).Start out with 100 sit-ups. Do
this for
1hour or until your Ki is flowing
properly.
2).After that start out with some
basic Tai Chi movements. Do this for
30 minutes. This prevents burnout.
3).meditate in the Darkness for 1hour
4).Then start doing the Ultra Power Ups
and Jing Blasts.
5).Practice all the energy blasts and physical fighting moves
the rest of the time.
6).You are done with warm up once you
successfully perform most of the Advance Techs.
2nd session of the day in Advance:

Time: Purpose:
3 PM - 10PM Full Energy Workout

What to do:
1).Your energy should be at its peak
performance at this time.
2).Start out with a Ultra Jing Blast
to get you started.
3).Then do some Ultra Power Up, not
over x15.
4).Do full power energy blasts,
5).And then practice all the Physical
Fighting moves with your full strength.
7).After the time is up you are done for today. Practice this schedule everyday until it becomes easy for you.
