Christmas 2003 I got a new spare tire cover from Andy as well as new quarter panel and trunk emblems from Roseanne
I thought that I would really like the poverty caps, but Andy is right they don't make the car stand out. Kind of looks like Granny's grocery getter, so I bought some Cargar SS mags for it. I think that I will go with the Cooper Cobras, they are one of the widest that you can get in the 195/70/14 and 225/70/14.
I installed a Hurst Roll Control and I am putting in a limited slip unit to change the car of being a peg leg.
I have gotten a new set of interior screws and the dash has been pulled and detailed. Almost looks new again.

Well, It's Memorial Day weekend 2004 I have take the GTOto its first cruise in and car show. Although I didn't win a trophy, I had a lot of people compliment me on the car. There were over 500 muscle cars at the show!
I still need to do some small cosmetics to the car, but for the most part she is complete. I have put in the 8.2 posi unit and have the Cragers on it and I am real happy with the way it looks now.

New Addition!! Well I have finally found a good deal on a tri power and I am in the process of restoring it. I hope to have it done by the middle of August. I will be posting pictures as I go of the tri power.
Well things are going really great with the restoration of the tripower and looks like I should have it on the car by the end of July. Everything that I needed to restore the tri power came from Mike Wasson. Mike has the Pontiac Tripower website and was very helpful to me with the restoration. Sure looks different from when I first got it

I have the tripower on the car and all set. Man what a sweet sound to have all thress carbs opened. I had a lot of tinkering to do to get the carbs from over filling with gas. The re-build insrtuctions say to set the float levels to 21/32, but it wasn't until I set them between 24/32 & 25/32 before they stop dumping fuel into the bowls. I makes the engine look much bigger with the tripower on it. Now all I have to do is get some new valve covers to really set off the engine. They are on my Christmas list for this year.

Well here it is the end of June 2005 and this is what I've done to the car this year. A new front bumper from the Bumper Boyz, new valve covers, correct spring ring battery cables. gage lens, and some other small things. This has really made a difference under the hood.
To date, I have one 4 first place trophies, 2 at local cruise-ins and 2 at local car shows, 1 third place trophy and got a top 40 and top 75 at a couple of bigger shows.
