3.  Final Assessment.

     Students will email the instructor within 1 week of on-line class a written narrative of at least 100 words.  The narrative will be about their preparation, final product, what they learned and how they will apply the recipe in making Soupe Mast again during the hot months.  Language, punctuation and spelling are expected to be acceptable during first pass.
