Preparing Soupe Mast

 

 

1st Session:  Instructor Demonstration – 15 minutes

2nd Session:  Student Exercise – 30 minutes

2. Soak Raisins.

1. Obtain previously arranged measured material and equipment.

3. Put yogurt in bowl.

2. Soak Raisins.

3.1 Add cream, chopped egg, iced cubes, cucumber, green onions, and peppers.

3. Put yogurt in bowl.

4. Pour water off raisins into yogurt.

3.1 Add cream, chopped egg, iced cubes, cucumber, green onions, and peppers.

4.3 Mix yogurt well.

4. Pour water off raisins into yogurt.

5. Make room in refrigerator for near finished yogurt.

4.3 Mix yogurt well.

5.1 Let Soupe stand in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

5. Make room in refrigerator for near finished yogurt.

6. Garnish Soupe with parsley and dill.

5.1 Let Soupe stand in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

7. Serve and Enjoy
