Learners are adults or mature children teenagers, who can prepare food ingredients with hands-on measurements.

2.  Prior Knowledge of

Learners’ Academic Files

on their reading, writing, and counting skills.

 

 

Learners have previously prepared food ingredients.

Learners can read and write and count through the 8th Grade Level.  Learners know the basic concepts of  measurement and preparing ingredients.  Learner can listen and follow instructions.

Learners understand the making of a delicious food.

 

4.  Learning Style

Observations of reading recipes and visual/hands-on learning

in preparing food.

The trainers will verbally instruct and will demonstrate the steps involved in preparing Soupe Mast. 

Learners observe trainer’s preparation of food.

Learners then prepare food.

Learner will have hands-on practice in making Soupe Mast.
