Jim joined the PEM RC Boat Club. They race Radio Controlled boats on the lake by the 18th fairway at Pueblo El Mirage. It's a lot of fun if you don't get your prop tangled in the buoy line as Jim did on his first time out.
Jon was nice enough to row out and untangle it.
The boats are relatively small but very speedy. All of the club members use the same kind of boat, Zig Zag Racers, so that no one has a size or power advantage.
