The crater is huge. Or as a trucker described it on the CB "That's one big hole." Watching the grandkids run up and down the edge of the observation area made grandpaw and grandma a little anxious.
It's hard to believe it was made by a rock only 150 feet wide.
The crater is on private land and the observation area is the only place the public is allowed to go.
