We spent Christmas here at Superstition Sunrise Resort in Apache Junction. It was the first time we hung Christmas lights on our trailer.

We spent Christmas day at Dianne's niece's house. We played Golf, a card game Ric showed us, but we played it with Skip Bo cards. It's a fun game. If you don't know how to play it, e-mail us and we'll sent you directions.

Teri, our daughter, came down and spent Christmas week with us. There was a beautiful orange tree just across the street from us.

We took a hike at Superstition Mountain in Tonto National Forest while she was here. We didn't find the Lost Dutchman's mine, but we did have fun.

While we were in Apache Junction we also visited Saguaro Lake, it's about 20 miles north of the Phoenix area.

In Mesa, the town just west of Apache Junction, there is a place called The Organ Stop Pizza. They have the largest Theater Organ in a public place in the world. SuperSunrise sponsered a trip there and the show was excellent.

When we leave here we will be heading for Sunflower Resort in Supprise AZ, just south of Sun City West
