ONE PIECE DOOR GLASS
This is the channel installed in the track.
First, install new door seal. Mask off area before applying adhesive
Installing the glass. I fabricated and welded an extension onto the glass channel but I don't think it was necessary.
The track comes in 6 ft lengths. Use one length around the top and piece in the other 2 pieces.
       I think this is J.C. Whitney P/N 19US3464U
You can almost see the new channel inside the door. There is a flush screw just above that right hinge screw. The nut is welded to the channel.
I cut the curved area of the door and bent it down and screwed the track on with a flush screw. The nut is welded to the back of the channel.
This is called inner and outer belt weatherstrip. J.C. Whitney P/N 19US3481Y or19US3480P, I'm not sure which. You better check.
Another view of the outer weatherstrip.
I screwed the weatherstrip down with some #4 sheet metal screws with a very small head. They bury themselves in the fuzzy stuff and won't scratch the glass.
The wiper formed and taped in place ready to secure to the inner frame. The outer is done the same way.
Drilling for the screws. I used a # 50 drill
This is the steps  I used when removing the wing window from my Willys. I never did like those things and did this same mod on a 55 Chevy P.U. This one was much easier because the Chevy window is not square and the forward post slants forward. I had access to an extensive aerospace sheetmetal shop at the time and could fabricate these parts easily. I hope this information is useful to the Willys Group.
The existing door stop can't be used because it hits the new track. I made a stop uot of a piece of webbing. An old seatbelt would work fine.
