So who is Jimmy Eat World?
They are an up-and-coming emo band hailing from Mesa, Arizona. Jimmy Eat World have a couple hit songs including "The Middle" and "Bleed American". Unlike most of today's bands, this one doesn't rely on gimmicks or cheap showmanship, but instead on good songwriting and honest musicianship. Some call the band's music alternative, some call it punk, but whatever you call it, it's good music!

What's so good about their music?
Back in the day (actually a few months ago) I was working a boring and repetitive job. The only good thing about this was that we had access to a radio, though the music wasn't so great. Then one day, in the middle of my boredom and despair, Jimmy Eat World's "The Middle" came on the air with its uplifting lyrics and upbeat music. I was immediately hooked. When I later learned that "Bleed American" was also by Jimmy Eat World, I went out and bought the self-titled CD and it was well worth the money! I would recommend this CD to ALL fans of good music, especially alternative and emo fans. Even if you don't normally like this kind of music, chances are you'll love Jimmy Eat World!
