Guns, the Militia, & the 2nd Amendment
Did you know that there are numerous organizations across this nation that want to deprive you of your Right to defend yourself ? They want to remove guns from the hands of civilians. Many of these people are your elected officials. People that are bound by oath or affirmation to "support & defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic." Why does the goverment support disarming the American people ? Because then we will no longer be the masters of our own destinies. We will cease to be the rulers of this great land. The "state" will take full control over every aspect of our lives, all in the name of "protecting us" & "public safety". Our public servants will become our rulers & the government will no longer work for us. On the contrary, we will work for them & it will be absurd to call ourselves free any longer. Why wait until we are enslaved in this modern, high-tech lynching system that has been set-up with all their judges, lawyers and police ? Why don't we start talking about all of our problems with injustice in this country & figure a way out of this mess ? If we wait too late, then there will be no option short of force. Let's try to inform ourselves & others as to how the country and the world really works & then decide if we like what we are surrounded by. Read history and try to draw paralells to what we are experiencing in the present. That is the only way to correct all that has gone so terribly wrong in the 20th century.
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
militia: Title 10 Section 311 of the United States Code: The militia consists of all able bodied males at least 17 years of age.... keep: to retain in one's possesioin or power infringe: 1. to fail to obey a law or regulation or observe the terms of an agreement 2. to take over land, rights, privileges, or activities that belong to someone else, especially in a minor or gradual way bear: to hold or support and transport somebody or something
Is it possible for a gun law to not meet the criteria of violating an individaul Right to own and carry weapons on his/her person without getting permission from the government? Can you partially infringe on a Right? ALL GUN LAWS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL and therefore NULL AND VOID. Just beacuse the supreme Court is not doing its duty to enforce the Constitution AGAINST the government(s) does not mean that we must COWARDLY obey their ILLEGAL & ILLEGITAMITE demands. The 2nd Amendment warns the government not to violate our GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO KEEP & BEAR ARMS IN DEFENSE OF OURSELVES AND COUNTRY. The Right is superior to government and not subject to. Any government that want's to CONTROL its country must take its arms. That's they was it has always worked. Name an instance where the people were disarmed, free, and happy. It DOES NOT HAPPEN. In reality MASS MURDER ensues and everyone wonders how it ever happened. Why didn't we know?, they say.
