| Internal Revenue Service |
| Did you know that the Internal Revenue Service is not a agency of the United States government? It's true, they are the collection agency for the Federal Reserve System. By the way, the Federal Reserve Banks are not federal, there are no reserves, and they are not even really banks. The Fed was created in December of 1913 after the 16th Amendment to the Constitution was procalimed to be ratified by Philander Knox, who was the Secretary of the Treasury at the time. Soon after they dropped these two debacles on the American people, they gave us the 17th Amendment as well. This took away from the States the Right to choose the United States Senators and gave the power to the people. It may sound good, but it destroyed a power check that the States had on the national government. It kept them from getting out of control. The average voter already has too amny other elections to keep up with. Besides, the people already had a voice in the federal government. The people had the House of Representatives. You must have a check on the masses of asses, or the mob. If you do not, then you move dangerously close to a democracy. In a democracy the majority getts whatever they want. There is no rule of law to protect the minority's point of view, or even Rights. It is 3 wolves and a sheep. Sure, that's a great idea if you are a wolf. "In a recent conversation with an official at the Internal Revenue Service, I was amazed when he told me that, 'If the taxpayers of this country ever discover that the IRS operates on a 90% bluff, the entire system will collapse'." Senator Henry Bellmon (1969) "Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulance and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property, and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths."
