| There is no law requiring most Americans to file a federal income tax return. How could there be? It is not legally possible for the government to compel a person to testify against oneself. Why, you ask? Because of the 5th Amendment to the Constitution. It is a prohibition against the goverment from trying to make any American submit information to the government, against his will, that could land him in jail. The Internal Revenue tax return forms require that an individual do just that. They make you sign a 1040 and sign it under penalty of perjury. You have no choice, but to submit a tax form, right? But doing so violates your Rights, which come from God and not government. How can the government take from you what God has given you? Is the government more powerful than God? Can the government use force to get you to submit to their edicts? If so, then can you really call yourself FREE? It seems as though they do. And if you let them tell you what you can and cannot do, then there is a term for that. It is called being in bondage or salvery. I bet that you did not know that you were a slave. Well my friend, you are. So am I and everyone else in this country. We call oursleves free and most people actually think that they are. They can go left, they can go right. They can even go down the slide if they want to. But these are the same choices that a rat in a cage has. The only differnce is that the rat knows he is in a cage that he can't get out of. Most American's do not even know that the cage exists. Remember what the Constitution says about direct taxes? See Article 1 Section 2 Clause 3. It is very clear. All direct taxes and Representatives MUST be in proportion to the census. That means that each State has to pay the amount required by the federal government in proportion to their numbers. The most populous States have to pay the most. But on the same hand, they get more Representatives in the House. Does our current system work that way? No, the way it works now, the more money that an individual makes, the more money he has to pay. DO you not think that a tax on your labor is not a direct tax? You can't pass it along to someone else. Retailers pass the sales tax along to the consumer. Why would they want to pay a tax that they can make you pay? Can you pass your income tax along to another? Well then. It is a direct tax on what you earn in exchange for your labor or intellectual properties. They are taxing your property more, the more that you earn and the harder that you work. You can't escape, or can you. If your rich enough then you can set your money aside in a "tax free foundation". Or you can learn the truth. It is illegal to be taxing people in the manner that it is done and it amounts to stealing on such a massive scale that you have to call it grand larseny of the worst kind.
