16th Amendment
The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment to the census or any enumeration.
This amendment, like the 14th and the 17th, was never passed and therefore is not law. This was proven by two courageous men, Bill Benson and Red Beckman. There were only the 48 contiguous States in the Union at the time that the 16th Amendment was fraudentally declared ratified by the bankers agent, Secretary of State Philander Knox. These men went to the states archives and collected over 17,000 State documents proving that the amendment never was ratified by the required 3/4 of the States.
