Thought
Thought is but the seed of action
For each action is a reaction
Be careful of what is in your mind
It will come back to you in kind
If it is a loving thought you hold
It comes back to you ten fold
If inside you turmoil does reign
Turmoil comes back ten fold again
Thoughts of love make lovely deeds
Lovely deeds fulfill our needs
The seeds of thought I planted died
I searched in vain I really tried
Love eluded me all my life
My mind was full of anger and strife
Till one day I gave love away
and then it retured to me to stay
Now with thoughts of love and hope
love has returned and I finally cope
A new love I have finally found
and all because I turned around
the fertile loam of my mind
and planted seeds of a more gentle kind
And now I want the world to know
how much easier it is for love to grow
when the seed that is planted there
is nurtured, loved, and treated fair
