Our Love
No one will ever understand
about this love of ours
they have never even noticed
dew drops on the flowers
They all believe that beaches
are simply full of sands
they never even thought
of two lovers holding hands
It pains my heart no end
to think of what they have missed
but I thank God each day
because my lover I have kissed
I have tasted the Aroma
of her lovely satin skin I have known the essence
of her soul deep within
She has brought me back to life
when I knew that I was lost
she has shown me joy and beauty
all my pain she has tossed
Now I promise her forever
I will be there by her side
and when we walk along together
my heart is filled with pride
Only she could ever reach
this loneliness that I had
somehow she understood
why I always looked so sad
Only she could change my outlook
and put a smile upon my face
somehow she reached inside of me and
found my secret place
Now I live each day with wonder
for each minute that I live
she is my very special angel
and my heart to her I give
