MONTEREY POP FESTIVAL PHOTOS

Hendrix's classic performance at the Monterey Pop Festival was an amazing testament to his abilities as a showman. He was returning to the states from England, and he wanted to show an American audience just what he was about and what he was capable of doing. These are stills I captured a long time ago from the Jimi Hendrix live at Monterey video. Enjoy!
