Purchased from the son of the original owner who was a fireman and hobbyist sax player.
In 1990 an overzealous repairman cooked the lacquer on several keys by applying too much heat to spread the pad cement. This lacquer damage is evident on 5 or 6 keys, the worst ones being the low D, C# & B shown in the adjacent photo.

This horn is in very good condition, however I must point out the tarnish below the bell-bow collar near the Eb key shown here in this picture.
This is a 1/4" U-shaped lacquer scrape about 3/4" in width located next to the alternate F# key-guard just above the thumb hook.
