April 16, 2000 New tilesets for Mjwin added
Thanks to a registered user of Tileman, I have received 84 new tilesets for Mjwin. The new tilesets have been renamed in keeping with Ron Balewski's original naming convention of Vxx, where xx is a sequential number beginning with 01. Since my collection of the .TIS type tilesets exceeds 99, I have chosen to name ALL .TIS tilesets using 3-digit sequential numbers. The first set of tiles (V001-050) is unchanged. Three new groups have been added and the former 2nd group (V051-125) has been dropped. The three new groups are: V051-100, V101-150, and V151-180. These tiles are on the download page (password required).
April 17, 2000 New tilesets for Mahjongg added
About 50 new .TIL tilesets were added to the NEWTILES.ZIP file on the download page. This bring the total of new .TIL files up to 92. The list of .TIL files was updated to include these new files. You can view the new list in the tilelist.htm page.
April 22, 2000 Mahjongg tileset collection reorganized
Another group of tilesets was received and integrated with the NEWTILES.ZIP file
then that file was split up into 7 new files named MJTILE20.LZH TO MJTILE26.LZH.
Those files were then renamed to MJTILE20.ZIP thru MJTILE26.ZIP to conform to
Geocities file type constraints. With the 321 new tilesets, this brings to total
collection to over 1,100 tilesets. The listing of tilesets was also reorganized
to reflect the contents of each of the ZIP (LZH) files in the download page. Now
you can search for a particular tileset to download by using the new listing. The
updated listing can be found in the tilelist.htm page.
