         Emma Peacock
  Emma Peacock, 84, a resident of Delvista for some time, died Aug. 14 at Delta Memorial Hospital.
  Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Roberts Funeral chapel. The Rev. Willis Phelps officiated, and burial was in the Olathe Cemetery.
  She was born Sept. 11, 1880, daughter of Fred and Sally (Wilcox) Minder. She was married to Ralph Pecock in 1934 at La Junta.
  Surviving are a son Max Wilson of Olathe; three daughters, Marie Peacock of Littleton and Mrs. Elizabeth Brown and Mrs. Rosella Cox, both of Lamar; 23 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and one great great - grandchild.
  Her husband, three brothers and five sisters precede her in death.

  Funeral services for William M. Wilson, Pioneer resident of this community who died Tuesday night at his home south of the Clay Creek bridge, will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
  Services will be in the Cheatum-Kirkpatrick mortuary chapel and interment will be made in Riverside cemetery.

      Wilson Rites

  Many friends and relatives filled to capacity the Cheatum-Kirkpatrick mortuary chapel here Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock for funeral services for William M. Wilson, pioneer cattleman and farmer of this vicinity, who died at his home south of the Clay Creek bridge Tuesday.
  Rev. R. V. Patterson of the local Mission church officiated.
  Mr. and Mrs. Melven Oakley, Miss Myrtle Patterson and Mrs. Minnie Wybrant sang "In the Garden," "Heaven Is Not Far Away" and Asleep in Jesus." Mrs. R. V. Patterson played the piano accompaniment.
  Pallbears were Dick Wright, U. S. Kelly, H. F. Jones, Elmer Markham, Joe Hawkins and P. Barntine. Interment was made in Riverside cemetery.
