MRS. MALL DIES
       AT RANCH HOME

  Mrs. Clara Mall, 50 years old, died this morning at about 7:30 o'clock at the home of her mother, Mrs. S. E. McClintock, living on a ranch southwest of Lamar.
  Mrs. Mall and her daughter, 10 years old, have been living here for some time with Mrs. McClintock while Mr. Mall has been taking treatments at a sanitarium in Kansas.
  Church and Sharp Funeral Home is in charge and funeral arrangements had not been completed late today.

FUNERAL FOR
       MRS. BEN MALL

  Funeral services where held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Church and Sharp Funeral Home for Mrs. Clara Mall, who died at her home near hear.
  Rev. H. N. Land of the local Nazarene church officiated. Miss Vivian Potter and Miss Mary Ashley sang "God Will Take Care of You" and "This World Is Not My Home." Miss Marie Savage of La Junta sang "I Want to be Ready to Go." Mrs. Kornman played the piano accompaniment.
  Pallbeares were J. E. Hemstrom, Lee Franklin, J. C. Krut, Dwight Clark, Clifford Clark and Clarence Mall.
  Interment was made in the Fairmount cemetery.
                            
Obituary
  Clara Minder was born June 29, 1884, in Calhoun county, Iowa. With other members of her family,she moved to Sac City, Iowa in 1892. In 1903 she with the family moved to Gas City, Allen county, Kansas.
  In 1912 she came with her parents to Lamar, Colo., where she took up a goverment claim sixteen miles southwest of town, which she still owned at the time of her death. In September, 1919 she was married to Ben Mall and they lived on his home place one and a half miles from her homestead.
  Mr. Mall was taken to a hospital about two years ago. Since that time they have not been together but she with her adopted child continued to live on the same place until the fall of 1929 when she became seriously ill. She was taken to the home of her mother, Mrs. S. E. McClintock, where she was cared for until her death, January 3, 1931.
  She was one of a family of ten children. Her father and three of the children have preceded her in death. The deceased is survived by her husband and one child, Ellen: her mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. McClintock; Susie Metcalf of La Jara Colo.; Fred Minder of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Nettie Blair, Mrs. Emma Wilson, Mrs. Jennie Sherer and Roy Minder, all of Lamar Colo.
