| The TFS-1 ROBOIFACE printed circuit board provides a simple and convenient way to interface a basic stamp to control just about anything from robotic projects to alarm systems. The board allows programming of any 24 pin, .06" stamp module, 8 inputs and 8 outputs driving transistors that can switch up to 100 volts at 8 amperes with additional heatsinking or 3 amperes as mounted. LEDs provide an indication of the status of the outputs and aid in the development of your project. The board is double sided with solder mask both sides, plated through holes, and silkscreened parts layout and is supplied with full documentation including parts layout and schematic. Additional isolated component mounting pads are provided for modifications and additional parts that may be necessary for your particular application. A nine pin connector may be soldered onto the board and will provide a serial connection to a PC if your program accepts serial data during operation.. The TFS-2 Dual Bi-Directional Motor Control Board is similar to the TFS-1 but the outputs are configured as two H-Bridges to independently control two DC motors. This board is especially useful for robot motor control applications. Breadboard area is available on board to add additional circuitry for your applications. |

| The following links show a pneumatic powered robotic base designed to walk along steel slabs, stop and clamp down with four 120 lb. electromagnets and hold an x/y device to paint large numbers sent to it via rs232. It is controlled by a TFS-1 card and Basic Stamp II. The robot moves in an inchworm like motion then activates the magnets to clamp down securely.
