FoodservicePro, Inc. offers an ongoing program designed to move the salesforce from selling products to cultivation relationships. This is a process different than any other product. Why? Because time is spent one-on-one with selected salespeople who are face-to-face with strategically targeted Customers.
In addition, we offer selected additional modules as a supplement to basic sales training. This is offered by Progressive Group Alliance.
Targeted Distributors:
- A member of Progressive Group Alliance
- Annual Sales at least $40M
- Wants to double in size and has capital to do so
- Wants to remain independent for the next several years
- Has, or wants to develop, clear niches (product, customers, geography)
- Wants to develop Primary Relationships with appropriate customers
- Owner is interested in and able to invest the time necessary to develop personal relationships with top customers and top targeted customers
- Has stable staff, willing to grow
- Be willing to eliminate silos-purchasing, marketing, sales
- Have data resources
- Willing to enter a long-term agreement (with appropriate out if not satisfied)
Ideal Salesperson to Work With:
- Possesses food knowledge
- Preferably has owned his/her own business or has worked in the industry
- Been with the company for 2+ years
- Has, or wants to, have less than 30 customers (assuming the distributor is capable of developing primary relationships)
- Wants to earn greater than $100,000 per year
- Willing to commit off hours to education
