Jimbo Rails Against "Axis of Sobriety"

In his State of the Shack address last week, Jimbo used harsh words to describe what he calls the Axis of Sobriety, which he claims threatens the very existence of places like the Beer Shack.  "There are organizations out there that want to destroy our freedom to waste our lives away at the Beer Shack," he said.  "These organizations make up an Axis of Sobriety that must be dealt with, possibly eliminated."

Such an organization, said Jimbo, is one called Alcoholics Anonymous.  "These people," he said, "use clever rhetoric to trick people like us into thinking that they will improve their lives."  What happens, though, claims Jimbo, is a purge of all booze in life.  He fears the threat that such groups pose to humble places like his Beer Shack, where people spend their days in a state of miserable inebriation.

Many Beer Shack regulars called for an armed movement against this Axis of Sobriety.  Jimbo agreed that such a struggle was the only easy way to deal with the threat.  "The attack will commence," he said ironically, "when I am sober enough to think clearly."
