As I am sure all of you can see, I've added the 2003 Schedule to the site.  Things are going great.  My off season training is progressing quite well.  Muscle is going on and fat coming off!  I have been riding my mtn bike during the week, and have been riding trails-motocross with the yz250 every weekend, but the weather seems to be turning bad now and I doubt that I will be able to make it out as much. Oh well bad weather means its a good time to start working on it.

Sleep Pattern- good
I started bartending again to make some extra christmas/tire money.  I will be working at Tony Roma's as the lead bartender Wed-Sat nights. Thanks for checking in.

Hi All.  I hope everyone had a merry christmas and a happy new year. I have been working a lot, but have managed to save quite a bit of money to be able to invest in the race program.  With less than two months to go until the beginning of the race season, I am already starting to feel the crunch for time. Some parts have arrived while others are on order, but we should be ready to go in time.
Current Weight- 171
Eating Habits- very good
I have been able to somewhat maintain my workout schedule while working two jobs and the results are working well.  My goal weight for the race season is 166 lbs, but at 6'2" it is going to be tough to reach that goal. I will be updating the site soon!

Excellent!    Well so far things are looking really good as far as getting the YZ250 built.  I have ordered my wheel and spokes from Buchanan and my tires arrived from A&A Racing.  Thanks Rochelle!  On sunday I removed the suspension from bike and will hand deliver it to Jim Lindemann at Lindemann Engineering on wednesday.  Beyond that my health and outlook are all looking great

My focus is coming together and I feel that we will definately run strong this year.   I am now in contact with a Cycle Gear rep and they may be interested in sponsoring me this or at least a full rider support deal.  I will keep you posted with more information as it becomes available.

Fricking awesome!  My buddies and I went to the World Supercross last night at Pac Bell Park in SF.  RC and Bubba Stewart just absolutely dominated the show.  Thos guys are awesome.   The wheel for the yz has showed up finally so I can get started lacing up the front wheel.  I am supposed to be able to pick up my freshly modified suspension Jim Lindemann this week.  Once that shows up we can really build this thing.  Work outs and physical strength and conditioning are coming along nicely.  All is well check back soon.

Hey,  shit is going great.  I am doing the best I can to keep my weight down, right now I am at 168.  Ive been doing a lot more running and aerobic excercise to keep in shape.  I ordered a new hub for the front of the 250, but it got backordered so I wont be seeing it until at least next week.  Ive been working a lot and its starting to wear me out.  Its time for a vacation!  Anywho I think I should have the bikes together in a week or two to be able to get out and run some practice prior to the start of the race season.  see you later
