Loved being able to see the pictures of your house in Ireland. I am working on it. After going back and reviewing all the info from our training on Ireland, it would appear that the commission you are paying is very low for Ireland. The average commiss on in Ireland is 2.5-3%. While it may seem you are getting a deal; the reality is that someone getting lower than average rates will not do the necessary marketing to promote the house. In the meantime you are still paying mortgage each month and so goi g further and further behind. This is just some sound advice from someone who has been doing this for over 25 years!!!
