All times must be GMT. Greenwich Mean Time is the same as the time in the game.

Shipment Insurance Policy

Shipment Insurange is recommended for valuable shipments or shipments that may pass through dangerous sectors. Shipment Insurance costs the sender half the value of the order (to be verified by transporter). If your order is lost, THC will pay the full value of the order to the recipient. The price will be equal to double the value paid by the sender, regardless of price differences by region.

(eg. We lost a package you insured for 10,000 ISK in Paye. The recipient in Derelik will recieve 20,000 ISK, regardless of the value at Derelik.)

Pickup and Delivery Policy

We are all on tight schedules. If a representative is unable to make the time specified plus 9 minutes (eg 12:00 delivery - must be there by 12:09), please contact us 24 hours in advance of the time and we will try our hardest to work out a time suitable for both you and our employees. If a time is not worked out, the shipment will be returned to the sender if in-transit.

If we are not there on-time, your shipment is free-of-charge. Any charges (including insurange charge) will be paid to the sender at a worked out time within 7 days of delivery.
