To Run:
After installation, open My Computer, double click C:\ then goto the Tankwarz folder. Then click on the TankWarz.exe file to start the game (or use the Tankwarz v2.0 shortcut!.

Required:
As TankWarz isn't too taxing on the system you only need the following to make it run adequately:

• P300 hrz Processor+
• 16MB Ram
• 1MB Video Card
• SoundBlaster or compatible card
• DirectX 5.0 +

You can get the latest version of DirectX here, refer to the online documentation for installing DIRECTX.

Playing TankWarz:
The object of TankWarz is to eliminate the enemy Tanks on the current level. The enemy (red) tanks are set at a certain number in the top left of the screen. Kill them all to progress to the next level. There are only 20 levels for now......

Controls:
To move your Tank around use the arrow keys on the keyboard or use a joystick if one is attached. To fire your cannons press the Space Bar or your Primary joystick button. To lay a mine press the CRTL key or your second joystick button (see mine notes below).

Mine Notes:
You are assigned 15 mines per level which you can drop anywhere. You can drop a mine every 1 to 2 seconds, once you run out of mines then you have to wait until the next level to use them again.

You can also get caught on your own mine, so if you drop one don't stay still for long or your worm food.

Pickups and Bombs:
Whilst playing you can pickup smart bombs and extra lives. Smart bombs will appear randomly whilst playing. Extra lives will randomly appear when you destroy enemy tanks. Both however only stay on screen for a short time so be quick.

Just A Joke:
I know this game is basic but it did only take 2 months to design until completion in my spare time!. So please any harsh comments to bare this in mind!. I'm not an expert programmer nore do I claim to be, I'm just sharing my stuff with the world. So if you don't like it then don't download my stuff.
