PLOT:
Chip Douglas is an insane freak who works for the cable company, or so he says. He finally makes a friend named Steven Kovacs, but he starts to go too far and Steven leaves him. Chip then goes crazy to win him back.
REVIEW:
I really do not like this movie. There were a few funny parts, but I believe this is Jim's worst major film. But, if you were to pick a guy to play The Cable Guy, Jim is perfect.
