The flaming text is complicated, this is the first time that its been so easy to create fire in Photoshop 7.0, in earlier versions it was really hard because there wasnt certain features that you need today to create the flame text.
10 minutes max for one of them, its a bit confusing because you have to add a bunch of filters in the right order or it wont look right. I had to first Rasterize the text so I couldnt edit it later. I added the Gaussian Blur too, and the Wind filter to make the smoke effect, and then used liquify filter to make the smoke wavy-ish as not to make the smoke too straight. |
