I Photoshop'ed this pic for a friend as a request, I wasnt going to back down, but it did look intimidating. Dont you just hate pictures you take when your in Australia of exotic animals and a friggin branch is in the way!!! Grrr. What a way to ruin such a good picture.
3.5 hours of non-stop work. The hardest part was the nose, I needed a way to generate the left side of his nose which was being blocked by the twig or stick or small branch thingy, so I just used the lasso tool and got his right half and made it a new layer. I then flipped it Horizontally and rotated it a bit, and used the Blur and Smudge tool to blend in the nose, ahh I love Photoshop 7.0. I took his left side of his whiskers and rotated them and flipped horizontally to put on his right cheek and darkened it a bit.
Id like to thank the Stamp tool, for it was the only tool I used like 600+ times in the 3.5 hour time span, hahaha, the leaves and branches were easy to blend, and dont American Opposems look more hideous than these weak, fat aussie opposoms eh? |
