Penistone
These two pictures were taken a few years ago. The top one is just a little further down the highstreet from the picture above. Even today, cattle are often moved up and down that road on market day (Thursdays) but nowadays they are in the back of trucks. Quite amazingly, they still manage to cover the road in cow muck though.
This picture was taken from the top of the church tower. It has changed a lot since this was taken, there are many many more houses on it. You can just about see the viaduct (The quality isn't too hot). and that is still there.
