I am a professional contractor and am proud to say that I personally built this house located in Valley Center, California.
I am asking $2000 per month for the house and $1000 per month for the 800 sq ft apartment. They can be rented together or separately. Preference will be given to prospective renters who wish to rent both the house and the apartment.

The house is located in a beautiful area on 12 plus acres with 4 other houses. The house is on a private road off Cool Valley Road. Consequently Mapquest, Yahoo, and most other paper maps do not have the location of the street in the correct location. Please call me for directions.
