| We had heard of the day when everyone gets together to make sausage. Apparently this is serious stuff. Invitation only. We bartered our way in: we traded fresh sashimi from "Sam's Fish Market" for fresh Schmidig sausage. We're talking sausage en masse. That's a good 100 pounds of ground pork. |
