| For anyone who may be travelling to Puerto Vallarta with a vegetarian or vegan friend, might I reccomend a place called Vegetarian Planet. It's amazing how they can prepare tofu to be the same color, texture and flavor as beef, pork and chicken. And the best part was that it was a buffet for only fifty pesos! |
