| Redondo Beach, Ca - The research and development team at Mattel Toys are wondering if their new toy, Mr. HumanHead, will be something the kids will want when it hits store shelves in early December. Says head developer (no pun intended) Ron Regan,"We noticed kids from ages 3-8 aren't really responding to our prototype. It seems to be more appropriate for 9-13 year olds, especially since there are small pieces." The prototype Regan had used is shown right. "This model is called 'The Chubby'. Notice all the new attachments we've added to this version. There are two french fries in each ear, 3 or 4 sugar packets on the head, and a Minute Maid display from a Denny's diner. I definitely think we've taken a step forward with this one." |
