On the way to Hollywood for a party on a rented bus, Jill Uehara, the alleged attacker, said that she thought it would be "cute" if she hugged her friend for the photo that a friend had wanted to take. "That wasn't a hug," Sevilla said. "That was some WWF move." The picture was taken, but a moment later, the bus hit a speedbump and Uehara's grip around her friend's neck tightened. Sevilla described it "like having a noose around my neck. I thought I was really going to die." Uehara apologized profusely, and Sevilla quickly accepted her apology.
