Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is one of the most relaxing types of massage, and the most common.  It consists mostly of two basic strokes, effleurage and pettrisage.

Effleurage - long, slow, gliding strokes. These strokes are used to relax the body, and to evenly distribute the lotion or oils onto the body.
