Frankie "Fingers" Coppola

Operational Leader
1948-1982

Coppola established the Sicilian end of the Partinico faction after
being deported from the states after the close of World War II.
Coppola became a key cog in the smuggling operation set up by Lucky Luciano.
As a member of this global operation, Coppola shipped narcotics "primarilly heroin,"
to Papa John Priziola and Angelo Meli via Windsor Ontario Canada and Louis Cicchini.
Shortly after his deportation Coppola became the most powerful man in Partinico
following the murder of reigning boss Santo Fleres in July of 1949
at the hands of the bandit Giuliano. During his rise in Partinico, Coppola came
under attack from the Italian state and was ordered to move further
inland taking up residence in Milan. The well connected Coppola became something
of a mentor for many up and coming mafiosi and even arranged
the escape of Corleonese boss Luciano Liggio from a Roman hospital in 1969.
The family of Frankie Fingers remain a powerful and important group in Partinico
and Milan with a cousin Agostino presiding over the marriage of Liggio strongman and later
Capo Di Tutti Capi Salvatore Riina.

Americain Faction

"Papa" John Priziola

Operational Leader
1948-1979

Papa John took over the Americain faction of the Partininco faction following the deportation
of Frank Coppola in 1948. Under Papa John's guidance, the Americain end of the syndicate
expanded to include outposts in San Diego, Tiajuana, St. Louis, New York, Cuba, Windsor
Ontario Canada and Chicago. Priziol worked closely with members of the
5 families of New York through Frank Livorsi, the son-in-law of Angelo Meli
and Big John Ormento. His own son-in-laws Joseph and Frank Matranga were apart of the
of the San Diego operation which was headed by Tony Mirabile untill
untill his murder in 1958 at which time control of the unit fell to Joseph.
Papa John guided the stateside faction of the operation until his death in April of 1979.

Rafaelle "Jimmy Q" Quasarano

Operational Leader
1979-1982

As an orginal member of the Partininco faction, Jimmy Q garnered a great deal
of respect in the Detroit underworld. Quasarano was the contact man and trouble shooter for
the Partininco group so designated by Priziola and Angelo Meli who preferred
to oversee things from a safe distance. Quasarano's associates included New York crime boss
Frank Costello, John Ormento, Salvatore "Tom Mix" Santora, Frank Livorsi amoung others.
Quasarano remained an active participant in outfit affairs untill the early
eighties when he was convicted of racketeering.
