| Synopsis | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Evangelion is based in the Future. After first Impact Humans have been fighting the creatures known as Angels. The series starts soon after Second Impact I believe. Tokyo 3 is home to the center NERV, they have developed a form of defence against the Angels, The Eva series, a group of robot suits, piloted by a select group of children who attack the angels as they attack. When Shinji Ikari is called as the third child to pilot the designated Eva unit 01. It is the first time he has heard from his now astranged father, the head of NERV, his mother i gather died when he was young. Shinji meets the first child a girl Rei, she is a small quiet girl who has a strong relationship with Shinji's father Gendou Ikari. he also meets his new room mate Commander Misato. A few episodes later the second child appears with Eva unit 02, Asuka. Together they fight against the angels, yet as the story unfolds are the Eva more than they seem, what is there secret, find out the past to Misato and Asuka. What is Rei's secret?. And more.... |
