We built a new
house 5 years ago on 40 acres about 9 miles south of Alex-I have worked
at the hospital in town for 19years-My hubby is an electrical linesman
for Alex light and power-Our boys both play hockey so that leaves little
time for much else-Our youngest plays baseball in the summer-I also have
one 16 year old driver! I have a new respect for what parents go
through-with all this running! We have a summer retreat up north by
Perham on Lake McDonald...we try to get up there as much as we can-Which
this year has been very little! I am very close to my boys and I
remember saying in high school I would "never" have kids!) So now that
they are getting older and don't need me so much I get a little sad-So
if yours are little-hang on they grow up so fast! Would love to hear

High school?? well
not many memories from learning anything valuable in the classroom-but I
have many fun memories of things we did at the drive-in, parties out in
H.C., skiing at Andes on Thursday nights! Fishing in the winter!! Tubing
at Apple River-There are so many and they were all worth it-My memories
with Brent are my most treasured of all. I am so glad many of you were
included in them and I will never forget them or you - you know who you
are! |
