I moved to Colorado
more than 10 years ago and
worked in a Denver area hospital as an OR nurse. Life was lots of
fun for me back then. I made many friends that were transplants to the
area just like me. I quickly became an outdoor enthusiast enjoying
all that beautiful Colorado
has to offer. I think I
was a late bloomer because most of my fun, crazy and exciting memories
are from life in my twenties and not from high school. Since that time I
have been enjoying life as a busy stay at home mom. I like to tell
whomever I can that I got married, and within 4 years became a mother of
6. I only wish I had a nickel for all the times I've been told,
"You've got your hands full". Adrian could retire! To bring home
the bacon, my husband works as a distributor for a medical implant
company. Our two oldest, my stepsons, are both in the midst of
those wonderful teenage years, so needless to say, they keep it
interesting. Nonetheless, they are both great kids and I'm happy to have
them. The rest of our children came to us by twos as well and we
were blessed with not one, but two sets of twins. God has given us
a beautiful and healthy family, to which we are most grateful. More
recently, we are excited to leave behind bottles and diapers (almost),
after 4 straight years of little else. Aside from a busy life of kids
and chaos we travel to the Alex area several times each year to visit
family and friends, and hopefully would like to someday call it
home...again. |
