Frank and Sara Tantillo of Jamestown, announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Bracey, to Charles Ingham, the son of Michael and Christal Ingham of Hilton, N.Y. She is also the daughter of the late David Bracey.
Miss Bracey is a 1997 graduate of Jamestown High School and earned a bachelor's degree in elementary and special education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She is employed by Jamestown Public Schools. Her fiance is a 1997 graduate of Hilton High School and earned a bachelor's degree in english education from the State College at Fredonia. He is employed by Jamestown Public Schools.

Jeffrey and Peggy Nelson of Jamestown announce the engagement of their daughter, Jacquelyn L., to Darrell J. Harrington, the son of Don and Dianne Harrington of Groton, N.Y.
Miss Nelson is a 1997 graduate of Jamestown High School, 1999 graduate of Jamestown Community College and a 2001 graduate of Cornell University. She is employed by Cornell University�s James A. Baker Institute for Animal Health. Her fiance is a 1992 graduate of Groton High School. He is employed as a bar manager at The Haunt in Ithaca and also is bass guitarist for Bone Jar, a heavy metal band.
A fall 2008 wedding is planned in Ithaca.
